Historic Concord Homestead

We love a good rescue story. On the verge of selling her property, our client went out on a limb and requested our design services to refurbish her love for her home. A traditional, 5-bedroom house nestled amongst verdant pastures and snaking horse trails, this property was certainly a cause to fight for.

After the whirlwind of child-rearing, her two daughters now grown, and not a single home update since the late 80’s, a broad scope beckoned us. We swept the estate from the family room, living room, two bedrooms, the master bedroom and bath, powder room, and kids’ bathroom, as well as the kitchen and entries. We employed a fresh and tonal spectrum of cool colors and earthy warm hues as to not try and compete with the rolling hills and view of their pristine swimming pool.
